Jordan 1 Mid

This Jordan 1 Mid has the iconic two-tone colour-blocking of the 1985 originals in a comfortable and flexible mid-top style. The durable rubber cupsole holds both tones as its midsole is Sail and its outsole Worn Blue. The former feature is filled with foam and Air cushioning to soften each step, and the latter contains both circular and linear grip lines to provide excellent underfoot support.
The upper alternates between both of these light tones across the various leather panels that form its exterior. The forefoot has a Sail toe box with a fan of perforations for breathability surrounded by a Worn Blue mudguard. Overlays reach out from either side of the midsole just behind this last feature, each one wrapping up to rest atop the bottom of the eyestay. All of these sections also don Worn Blue tones, as do the collar and the heel counter below it.
White laces thread through the forefoot overlays, the eyestay and even the white leather collar wrap, all of which incorporate a number of eyelets. A Sail tongue sits at the centre, and a square label has been sewn into its peak in the same hue. A Worn Blue Jumpman and the word “Air” have been embroidered into it, with another appearing in white upon the blue insole. Flexible blue material then extends along the inner lining and up to the padded collar, offering plenty of protection to the ankle.
Back on the outer, the white segments of leather form the midfoot panels, which narrow as they reach around to the heel. These thin strips of material meet at a rectangle of Worn Blue leather, out of which another two bands of blue leather emerge to become the swooshes that adorn the sneaker’s flanks. One final set of branding can be found upon the lateral collar in the form of a pair of Worn Blue Air Jordan Wings, thus completing this compelling design.
